The Latin American Mining Congress 2007 features 20 mining companies with projects in South and Central America making corporate presentations to qualified investors and analysts in a private, easily accessible destination with a major airport. The Congress is designed to be an all-inclusive package for investors and analysts interested in opportunities in Latin America. The program components include: the geopolitical round table discussion on the region, corporate presentations from emerging and major mining companies, a short course by industry experts on mining exploration, and the application of the components on the mine tour field trips. The conference is by-invitation-only for institutional investors, buy and sell-side analysts, and select press. Consultants, non-sponsors, and sales persons are not invited to attend. Only executives of sponsor/presenting mining companies are permitted to attend. Only investment bankers of underwriting companies will be allowed to attend. Space is limited on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Program dates for the Congress are May 2-4, 2007. For those who arrive on Wednesday, May 2, there will be an early registration and check-in. The program on Wednesday highlights a round table discussion featuring industry experts and government ministers of mines from Latin American countries. The evening concludes with a cocktail reception on the beach. Thursday, May 3, is a full day of company presentations with a Keynote Luncheon featuring John Hathaway, Tocqueville Asset Management. The program is followed by an exciting evening in South Beach at an exclusive party for attendees. Friday, May 4, features a half day of company presentations followed by a working luncheon with an in-depth short course by industry experts: "Mining Exploration 101." After the close of the program, mine tour field trips will depart to some of the most interesting areas of the mining world in Latin America.
