MINE LLC is pleased to present a world-class mining conference for investors and their advisors here in Miami.
Over the past six years we have witnessed a major bull market in gold and silver prices which has raised investor interest and awareness as to the economic role of the metals in the marketplace. The cycle of supply and demand of gold and silver is swinging to the demand side and continues to move in that direction. This continuation of demand for the precious metals helps to support higher prices for gold and silver. Along with higher metal prices, comes higher demand for mining companies that are exploring for, developing and producing these metals. This past year saw a tremendous price swing in one stock, for instance, from under $1.00 to over $20 a share on a new discovery in Ecuador.
So where do prices go from here, and are there opportunities yet to participate in? We believe so, and have sought out quality mining opportunites to put on this program.
The Latin American Mining Congress is poised to introduce emerging, developing, and producing mining companies to the sophisticated investor. All of the presenting companies have interests in Mexico, Central, or South America. The program is designed to give the investor an overall landscape of the precious metals mining world in Latin America.
The program features over 20 mining companies making presentations of their mining projects over a period of two days. John Hathaway is the keynote speaker and will provide us his insight on the precious metals markets. Dr. Leanne Baker moderates the educational piece of the program, "Mining Exploration 101," featuring a panel of mining experts on Latin America. The close of the conference is capped off with the offering of select mine tours by some of the participating companies.
