Leanne Baker, Managing Director, Investor Resources LLC

Leanne M. Baker is managing director of Investor Resources LLC and a registered representative with Puplava Securities, Inc. Dr. Baker is based in San Francisco, California, and has been consulting for the mining and financial services industries since January 2002. Prior to that, she was an equity research analyst and managing director with Salomon Smith Barney, where she helped build a research and investment banking franchise in the metals and mining sector. Her work has been recognized in external equity research polls including Institutional Investor, Greenwich Associates, Reuters and the Wall Street Journal. Dr. Baker serves on the boards of directors of Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited, US Gold Corporation, Reunion Gold Corporation, and ETF Securities Limited. She holds a Master of Science degree and a Ph.D. degree in minerals economics from Colorado School of Mines.

Ann Carpenter, President & COO, US Gold Corp.

On October 24, 2005, Ann S. Carpenter was hired as the Company's President and Chief Operating Officer. Since 1980, Ann has worked for the Majors, for juniors, and as an independent in the mining sector, focusing on resource assessment, evaluations and project development for properties in the United States, Mexico, Africa, and South America. From November 1997 to 2003, she was the vice-president of exploration and business development for NCGI, a private mineral development company. Since 1996, she has been in leadership and advisory positions with the Women's Mining Coalition, a nonprofit entity and industry advocate group addressing national mineral policy issues for the industry with members of Congress and their staff. Since 2001, she has been addressing Sustainable Development issues for the mining industry, working with SD leaders worldwide, and assisting with and coauthoring SD studies and publications for the mining sector to use in mineral development.

Matt Ferguson, Principal - Renewable Energy Practice, Reznick Group

Matt Ferguson is a principal and the National Renewable Energy Services Practice leader with Reznick Group, a national accounting, tax and business advisory services firm ranked among the top 20 firms in the US. A seasoned professional in promoting renewable energy through business transactions and policy development, Matt is responsible for developing this practice which includes advising clients on energy-related transactions including matching renewable projects with tax equity investors, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions within the renewable energy sector, and maximizing public policy to promote and reward low-carbon solutions as well as helping with energy tax credit financing with current clients. Prior to joining Reznick Group, Matt had been with UPS for 15 years, the world's largest package delivery and transportation company. In his most recent position, he was a Director and General Tax Counsel and responsible for initiating UPS's energy strategy including executing investment transactions in renewable energy, coordinating energy efficiency facility upgrades and green building development, creating energy-related products and mitigating business risk related. He closed over $1 billion of alternative investments including interests in affordable housing limited partnerships. His project finance and transaction experience includes the issuance or redemption of financial instruments such as facility industrial revenue bonds, cross-border aircraft leases, initial public offering advisory, tax planning and business development structuring, merger and acquisition counsel, and real estate investment trust formation.

Ricardo A. Gauthier, Consul General, Consulate General of Argentina in Houston

Ricardo A. Gauthier holds Degrees of Master of General Administration from the University of Maryland and BA in Business Administration and National Public Accounting from the Catholic University of La Plata in Argentina. He is Minister Plenipotentiary in the Argentine Foreign Service and Deputy Consul General of Argentina. Previously, he was Consul General of Argentina in Chicago, Financial Representative in Tokyo, Japan, Economic Minister at the Argentine Embassy in Japan, Director of Agricultural Exports in Buenos Aires, Trade Commissioner in Chicago, and Economic Counselor in Santiago, Chile. He also worked in Buenos Aires for the Ministry of Economy in the directorate of imports and in the directorate of promotion of exports. Prior to that he worked in Techint Group, Federal Mogul Argentina and the Atomic Energy Division of Allis Chalmers in Bethesda, Maryland. He has been a Professor at the University of Lomas de Zamora, Catholic University of La Plata and J.L. Kellog Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University in Chicago. Finally, it should be added that he has been a conferencist for business, academic and professional organizations in the US, Japan and Argentina.

Jim Graham, President and CEO, ConverDyn

Mr. Graham is the President and CEO of ConverDyn, the joint venture between affiliates of Honeywell International, Inc. and General Atomics, and manages the international marketing of conversion services from Honeywell's Metropolis Works as well as serving on the Steering Committee for the plant. Mr. Graham is a member of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) Board of Directors. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Governors for the World Nuclear Fuel Market (WNFM) and is the past Chairman of the NEI's Nuclear Fuel Supply Forum. Mr. Graham is currently co-chairing the committee to develop the nuclear industry's Market Report 2007 for the World Nuclear Association (WNA). All together, Mr. Graham has over 37 years in the mining industry with over 24 years in the international nuclear industry and has been the author of numerous papers and presentations the nuclear fuel cycle including uranium, conversion and enrichment. and energy efficiency tax-incentive legislation.

Bradley J. Haight, Lawer, Hackstaff Gessler LLC

Brad focuses on alternative energy matters. His clients include: advocacy groups supporting rural renewable energy development; designers, developers and manufacturers of alternative energy equipment and technology; commercial wind project developers; commercial solar project developers; and, landowners involved in renewable energy projects. He has worked on in projects in California, Colorado, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, and Wyoming. Brad is AV peer-review rated by Lexis-Nexis Martindale-Hubbell. He is former vice-chair of the the American Bar Association's Renewable Energy Subcommittee; Fellow of the BigHorn Policy Center, Sustainability Fellowship; and member of the American Wind Energy Association and National Wind Coordinating Committee. He is licensed in Colorado and Louisiana. He has presented at conferences on various wind-energy-related matters and has authored articles on implementing wind and solar.

Allen Huie, CEO, China Clean and Renewable Energy Corporation

Mr. Huie is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of China Clean & Renewable Energy Corporation (CCRE). With offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai, CCRE is principally engaged in investment and operation of conservation and renewable energy projects in China. Mr. Huie is also a co-founder and Partner of a private venture capital firm based in Hong Kong. The firm focuses on private equity investments in high and emerging growth companies within the greater China region. Since 1999, the firm has made numerous investments in the region including investments in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Macau. Prior to 1999, Mr. Huie was Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for Salomon Brothers in Asia, where he was responsible for Salomon Brothers’ investment banking business throughout Asia. While at Salomon, Mr. Huie specialized in corporate finance and M& A, and had primary client coverage of major Chinese companies and government entities. Mr. Huie was also formerly the CEO of Vickers Ballas, now DBS Vickers, one of the largest regional securities firm in Asia. Mr. Huie started his finance and investment banking career with Salomon Brothers in New York in 1985, and helped Salomon Brothers expand its business in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and China for over 13 years.

Timothy J. Keating, President, Keating Investments, LLC

Timothy J. Keating is the President of Keating Investments, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor, which was founded in 1997. Prior to founding Keating Investments, Mr. Keating was a proprietary arbitrage trader and also head of the European Equity Trading Department at Bear Stearns International Limited (London) from 1994 to 1997. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Keating founded and ran the European Equity Derivative Products Department for Nomura International PLC in London. Mr. Keating began his career at Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. where he was active in the Financial Futures Department in both New York and London. Mr. Keating is a 1985 cum laude graduate of Harvard College with an A.B. in economics.

Cliff Kenwood, President, Rebirth Capital LLC

Clifford Kenwood is President of Rebirth Capital, LLC, a New Orleans-based specialty finance firm. Rebirth Capital manages funds focused on helping the Gulf Coast recover from the devastating effects of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and developing small renewable energy projects. These funds include: the Gulf South Rebirth Fund, a New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) enhanced fund providing debt and equity financing to a wide variety of businesses located in the Gulf Opportunity Zone, including renewable energy; the American Community Renewable Energy Fund, the nation's first NMTC-enhanced fund providing debt and equity financing to smaller, community-based renewable energy projects; and the Rebirth Capital Renewable Energy Fund, which provides equity financing for smaller renewable energy projects nationwide, including wind and solar projects. Cliff has over fourteen years of experience working in the specialty finance and environmental arenas.

Sasha Jacob, Vice-Chairman and CEO, Jacob & Company Securities Inc.

Mr. Jacob is Vice-Chairman & CEO of Jacob & Company Securities Inc. an independent investment bank focused on the power, energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Jacob brings more than a decade of experience in the power and infrastructure sectors, including founding and leading the power and infrastructure practice at a leading Canadian investment bank, as well as several years in senior political positions as Special Assistant to the Ontario Minister of Energy during the Province's electricity deregulation efforts. Mr. Jacob has managed and structured over 25 transactions in the renewable sector in the last two years, and has participated in renewable financings valued at more than $1.25 billion. Mr. Jacob received a BA from Bishop's University and his MBA from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University.

Chuck Kutscher, Principal Engineer/Group Manager, NREL - Solar Expert

Kutscher is a Principal Engineer/Group Manager in NREL's Center for Buildings and Thermal Systems. Since joining the Laboratory in 1978, he has worked on solar energy, geothermal energy, and building energy efficiency. Kutscher's projects have included designing a desiccant cooling test laboratory, producing NREL's solar industrial process heat design handbook, developing stretched-membrane parabolic dish solar concentrators, inventing a high-performance heat exchanger and leading NREL's low-cost solar collector effort. The latter involved pioneering development (in conjunction with Conserval Systems, Inc.) of the innovative transpired air solar collector, winner of an R&D 100 Award and Popular Science's "Best of What's New" award. Transpired air collectors are dark, perforated metal plates that are installed over a building's south-facing wall to capture the sun's heat to warm the building ventilation air.

Michael A. Littman, Attorney, Law Office of Michael Littman

Michael A. Littman, (J.D. 1973 Stetson College of Law) (Eckerd College 1970 B.A.) served as house counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company 1973 - 1975. Increasing securities matters in the real estate syndication business led to a Securities practice emphasis since 1981, to where the practice is exclusively corporate securities practice for public companies. Career experience includes commercial litigation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, mortgage banking, REO management, bankruptcy reorganizations, and private corporate restructuring. He has handled IPO's and Secondary Registrations with SEC since 1982. He handles quarterly and annual reporting with the SEC for 10-12 public full reporting companies. He has acted as securities counsel in acquisitions of public companies and in acquisitions of private companies by public companies in conjunction with Alternative Public Offerings. He has handled duties of getting companies cleared for trading with NASD/OTCBB for over 40 companies. He has acted as legal counsel for companies and individuals in civil proceedings with the SEC. He has handled many private placements of securities including Memorandum drafting. He has negotiated PIPE's for clients. He has been a Panel Speaker for the IQPC PIPE's conference (January, 2007 and July, 2007), and is on the Board of Advisors for the PIPES Conference for IQPC.

Joseph Nemelka, President, Traum-Urlaub, Inc.

Joseph Nemelka is the President of Traum-Urlaub, Inc., a business consulting firm specializing in taking companies public through the Reverse Merger process. Most recently, Mr. Nemelka was the founder and CEO of Medical Imaging Solutions, LLC, dba Professional Radiology Solutions ("PRS"), a medical imaging consulting firm. Prior to PRS, Mr. Nemelka worked for eight years for NIC (NasdaqNM: EGOV). Prior to his departure from NIC, Mr. Nemelka was an executive officer of NIC living in London (UK) where he represented NIC in a European joint venture between Swiss venture capital firm ETF Group, London-based venture development organization Vesta Group, and NIC. Previous to that responsibility, Mr. Nemelka served as the Executive Vice-President, Market Development for NIC and was in this role during NIC's Initial Public Offering in July 1999. In this role, Mr. Nemelka was responsible for all marketing, sales, investor relations, government relations and public relations for NIC. Mr. Nemelka holds a B.A. in political science from Brigham Young University and a J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Jennifer V. Orgolini, Sustainability Director, New Belgium Brewing Co. Inc.

Jenn has been with New Belgium since October 1993 and is one of only two employees who have advanced from the packaging line to the boardroom. She became New Belgium's first COO in 2004, having spent the prior four years as NBB's first CFO, during which time she launched New Belgium's Employee Stock Ownership Plan and secured significant financing for growth. Recently, with operations running smoothly, she's created New Belgium's first executive-level sustainability position, ensuring that New Belgium continues to be a green business role model. Jenn received a B.A. in Humanities from Washington College in Maryland. She has an MBA in Finance from Regis University and completed the course work for a Masters in Applied Ethics from Colorado State University.

Cynthia Mayer, Trade Commissioner, CORPEI - General Consulate of Ecuador

Ms. Mayer is the director of CORPEI Miami which is the Export and Investment Promotion Corporation of Ecuador. Her duties include organizing trade fairs in the U.S., market research, promotion of foreign investment in Ecuador and interacting with exporters and importers regarding tariff and commercial issues concerning foreign trade. She has worked in this capacity in Miami since July of 2006 after serving at the Embassy of Ecuador in London for two years as the UK Director of CORPEI. Ms. Mayer is fluent in four languages and holds a Masters Degree in International Business and Trilingual Negotiations. She has served as an interpreter at the Trade Center of the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada to assist Latin-American businessmen in negotiating international trade agreements.

Tom Plant, Director, Governor's Energy Office, Colorado

Tom worked as an exploration Geologist until 1988 when he left the exploration industry to work in the Climate Change department of the Union of Concerned Scientists in Washington DC. Tom ran for Colorado Representative in House District 13 in 1998. He ran successfully for re-election in 2000 and again in 2002. During that time Tom worked on important Colorado energy legislation including the Colorado Renewable Energy Act. Currently Tom is serving as the Director of the Governor's Energy Office in Denver, Colorado.

Bruce Poignant, Vice President, Equity Sales, American Stock Exchange LLC

Bruce A. Poignant is Vice President, equity sales, at the American Stock Exchange (Amex). Mr. Poignant is responsible for new business development in the Midwestern region of the United States. Bruce has been directly responsible for bringing numerous issuers to the Exchange. Bruce has over 17 years experience with the Exchange. Prior to heading up new business development for the Midwestern region, Bruce managed the Issuer Services Department which works with listed issuers for over 12 years. Mark D. Safty heads the Project Development & Finance Group of Holland & Hart LLP, a major U.S. law firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado. He is extensively involved in the development, acquisition, and financing of energy projects, including transmission and generation with a particular focus on renewable energy, having represented U.S. domestic and major international companies in connection with over 30 large-scale wind energy projects in the past five years.

Eric Simons, Project Manager, Iberdrola Renewable Energies USA Ltd.

Eric Simons is a wind farm developer currently employed as a Project Manager with Iberdrola Renewable Energies USA LTD.
