WELCOME TO THE AFRICA MINING CONGRESS 2008

Welcome to the 3rd Africa Mining Congress in February, 2008 (AMC), hosted by Meetings International Natural Resources Enterprise ( MINE LLC). This year's conference was SOLD OUT well in advance of the conference dates, indicating the growing interest for the Congress. Thank you for the warm reception of the officials of Zambia, including His Excellency the President of the Republic of Zambia, Mr. Levy P. Mwanawasa, SC and the Minister of Mines, __________________________________. It is a delight to be here in Livingstone, Zambia, near the great Victoria Falls, for another year and to provide an assortment of company presentations by the mining industry. The demand for base and precious metals continues to drive the development of these companies and numerous projects around the world, including the resources of Africa.

Any attendee can tell you that the value of our conference includes the content of the corporate presentations, networking at the many activities, and our famous one-on-one meetings. Additionally, we hope to find some answers or ponder collectively on issues such as the following:
What will happen to commodity prices this year and next? How will prices affect the projects already underway? What about responsibility, sustainability, and community support? What is the growth of production predicted to be? Where will the demand come from? Will mining companies utilize alternative methods to power their operations? What is the climate of future financing of mining projects? Do companies have enough capital to complete their existing project developments?

There are 28 mining company presentations on this year's AMC program and 5 additional non-presenting companies that are present. We have 14 copper, 8 gold, 2 uranium,1 diamond, 1 nickel,1 iron ore, and 6 multiple metals companies on the program. There are 7 mine tours offered to the attendees this year to various parts of Central and Southern Africa.

An update on the local project which has been undertaken by MINE LLC-- the project, called Dani's Home, houses sexually abused girl children in Livingstone. Dani's Home, the Lushomo Trust, was opened in February of 2007 and houses up to 12 girls. Dani's Home provides the girls with safe shelter, food, education, medical care, and emotional support. Thank you to all of the local community who have made Dani's Home possible, the local politicians who have supported, and the Board of Trustees of Lushomo Trust who oversee the management of Dani's Home and the girls they serve.
