The Africa Energy & Agriculture Congress 2011 (AEAC) will be held in Victoria Falls, Livingstone, Zambia. The Congress is a private, by invitation only investor event designed to provide qualified investors with access to oil and gas, energy and agriculture companies and their executives. This private event provides companies the opportunity to present their story in front of pre-selected investors and meet privately with company CEO's and top management in meetings prearranged by MiNE LLC, as well as in social settings including cocktail hours, conference dinners and networking luncheons.
The Africa Energy & Agriculture Congress 2011 is presented by MiNE LLC. This Congress is derived out of the success of the Africa Mining Congress® which is in its sixth year. The Africa Mining Congress is now recognized as one of the world's premier mining conferences by investors and companies. The demand for a similar conference in oil and gas, energy and agriculture has led to the creation of the Africa Energy & Agriculture Congress for 2011 and precedes the Africa Mining Congress 2011.
In order to maximize the value of the Africa Energy & Agriculture Congress to its participants, registration for AEAC is limited and by invitation only. This meeting is private for institutional investors, fund managers, portfolio managers, private money managers and buy-side analysts. Only investment bankers and sell-side analysts of underwriting companies may attend. Consultants, non-sponsors and sales persons are not allowed to attend. Only those companies that are sponsors and presenters will be allowed to attend. Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The value of this conference includes the content of the corporate presentations, networking at the many activities and our private, one-on-one meetings. There will be 20+ oil and gas, energy and agricultural companies on this year's program. By participating as a presenting sponsor company at the Congress, companies have the opportunity to present and network to our select group of investors. The many benefits are listed below.
